Our Mission is to cultivate a warrior spirit and use Kickboxing as a means to promote fitness, build confidence and self discipline, create a sense of community and teach self defense in a respectful, welcoming and fun manner.

Our Gym Our Family

We’re not a do-it-yourself gym. The motivation you get from the coaches and the group allows you to “be your best self”. Come see what it’s like here. From nutrition tips, weight loss, and mass gains to balance and agility, our world class coaches will share their experience and knowledge with you for optimal results.

Our kickboxing program was designed by five-time World Kickboxing Champion Olando "The Warrior" RIvera. With over 40 years of experience, we’ve seen workout fads come and go, but this program has stood the test of time.
