We offer month to month memberships with an ability to cancel with one month's notice.
We offer an open class schedule for adults . Children classes are Monday, Wednesday Friday at 6pm.
Our individual and class trainings are one hour long.
We recommend parents stay for class. However, if you have errands or other activites you need to tend to, we ask that you pick up your student promptly at the end of their class.
We recommend comfortable athletic wear. We also recommend bringing water, gatorade or other preferred replenishing drink.
